Therefore, I decided to work out with a personal trainer. I visited the Goodlife website and searched for a specialist to fit me. Then I found Maayan as she is certified in both personal training and nutrition.

She records my workout journey and educates me on why we perform certain exercises. Along with this, Maayan sends me reminder texts on what I should be training and focusing on to ensure I always stay on track.

Aside from the PT sessions, Maayan gives me advice on posing and what foods I should be consuming throughout the week. I also send her videos of me performing exercises on my own for feedback on my form. I am so glad to work with Maayan and I appreciate all the effort she puts in for me.”
